Exceptions to the rules

• Lack of cooperation – if the client provides false information, avoids contact, or deliberately fails to cooperate, the firm may require reimbursement of part of the costs,
• Contract termination fees – if cooperation is broken off, additional charges for ending the agreement may apply.

Costs in case of success

The standard success fee is 25% of the compensation obtained. Depending on the case, the amount may be lower or higher, but the terms are always clearly stated in advance.
